The logic for handling requests has been improved

We have corrected some inconsistencies in the logic for handling requests in the grooming CRM and the real estate rental accounting system.
These changes address the identified inaccuracies, improve data processing, and make the request handling process more consistent and straightforward.
The update is now available to users of the respective CRM systems.
